PERTUAL Lifetime Warranty – Terms and Conditions
This warranty applies to PERTUAL wheelsets purchased from our official website or authorized dealers and distributors. It covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship of the wheelset structure for the lifetime of the product.
Consumable and wear-and-tear parts, including hub bearings, freehub components, spokes, nipples, and rim tape, are excluded from the lifetime warranty.
Paint, decals, logos, and cosmetic damage are not covered.
Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, impacts, insufficient maintenance, corrosion, unauthorized modifications, incompatible components, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
PERTUAL reserves the right to inspect, repair, or replace defective products at its discretion. Replacement does not extend or restart the original warranty period.
This warranty does not cover labor, installation, or shipping costs unless required by applicable law. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
