By using a threaded locking mechanism to secure the olive head and oil
needle, the end of the oil hose is fully enclosed, preventing the risk of disconnection and oil leakage. (This helps avoid issues such as insufficient hose insertion, tilted olive heads, uneven hose cuts, and misaligned oil needles.)
Excellent Sealing Performance
(Tower-Style Connection)
Traditional tower-style oil needles offer superior sealing performance.
Self-tapping screw-style oil needles can experience slippage when installed to the end, especially with PTFE inner tubes which are prone to being scratched. Even when using the manufacturer’s pressing tool, the progress of the tool’s punch and the thread pitch of the oil needle may not synchronize. Therefore, we adhere to the traditional tower design, optimized for an interference fit, allowing for tool-free insertion.
Genuine Materials
Made from precision-machined HPb59-1 brass rods according to national standards. This material has a copper content of 57.0-60.0%, with minimal impurities and reliable tensile and tear resistance.
