Is the bike assembled?

All bikes are 100% pre-assembled for delivery within the UAE.

Outside the UAE, the bike will be delivered in a box, being 85% assembled in the GCC countries . You are required to complete the remaining assembly or any bicycle shop near you can finalize the bike's assembly.

About the warranty

Pardus bikes have a five-year warranty on frames only. Java, Sunpeed, and Upten bikes have a two-year warranty on frames only. Drivetrain warranties are subject to the drivetrain manufacturer's warranty clause. The tires, inner tubes, cables, and plastic parts are not subject to warranty claims.

For accessories and parts, please read our warranty clause in the item descriptions.

Outside the UAE, any quality issues pertaining to the bike, require you to take photos and/or videos and share them with us. If any issues are under warranty, we will send you either free parts or exchange them via delivery. 

The installment and Tabby

We have an installment option with Tabby. If you choose the installment option, select Tabby at checkout. Split your purchase into four monthly payments with Tabby. No additional fees for UAE and KSA.

Tabby does not approve 100% of all orders. We understand that it can be frustrating to be declined via Tabby for purchase. Tabby uses different factors to determine whether orders are approved.

The maximum spend with Tabby is AED 10,000. If your total amounts to more, you will not be permitted to purchase the item via the Tabby option on our website.
